YEP PETROLEUM “YEPP” is a private Oklahoma-based company that is run day to day by Nicholas Philip. He has more than 20 years of direct industry experience in top executive leadership positions with multiple industry top performers. For two decades of aggressive oil field development, Nicholas focused on oil and gas fields in the Fort Worth and Permian Basins as well as the Cherokee Platform-Arkoma Basin of Oklahoma and Kansas.
Nicholas formed this company to take advantage of the tremendous knowledge he gained from various areas while building dynasties for others. Nicholas has loaded our portfolio with several prospects that have proven oil and/or natural gas reserves in place. However, these were not large enough reserves to support such sized companies. 150,000 barrels of oil from a field is a failure to a major, even mid-sized, oil company that typically searches for reserves in the millions of barrels or equivalent.

Nicholas “Nick” Philip is our 52-year-old manager who oversees our daily operations with the aid of a third-party consulting professional that offers geological, engineering, legal, and accounting assistance. Nicholas is a second-generation oil industry professional with extensive experience in all upstream oil and gas areas of operation.
He began his oil career in November 2001 as an intern for the president of a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania-based mid-major private oil and gas company. Known to be eager all his life, he performed his 90-day internship while on terminal leave from a 12-year honorable career in the United States Military, where he finally retired.
He relocated himself and his family of five to Texas to begin a career that entails six states and hundreds of wells being drilled or reconditioned. A distaste for failure and his aggressive attitude made Nick an expert in most areas of the upstream sector, whether it was his intention or not.
Nick is a proud husband to Janel. He is also a father of five children and four wonderful stepchildren, as well as a grandfather to a grandson. He is a Christian with a primary objective for developing his intellectual assets to give back to his church, lead, mentor, and volunteer. Moreover, he wants to help other veterans find peace on earth.

J.R. Stewart is our 44-year-old administrator who oversees our administration and office needs. J.R. has been active with multiple Texas and Oklahoma oil and natural gas operating companies for more than 10 years.
Stewart’s primary objective is to maintain and ensure thorough and effective communication, be it verbal, written, electronic, or implied, between our management, our contractor professional consulting firms, and the Oklahoma Corporation Commission.
Stewart brings extensive experience in dealing with the Oklahoma and Texas oil and gas regulatory bodies. He has lined out oil industry events from partner/company meetings. He also assists actual well-completion organizations. He is an invaluable asset to our team.

Dan was a wonderful gentleman while on earth who looked to always do well by others. His favorite place was at the well. He was a true professional scientist who has seen more than most ever will. His legacy is sealed as we look forward to drilling the top prospects that we had the wonderful opportunity to build together. Dan was especially proud to be a founding father of the Oklahoma Oil Well Library in Tulsa during the 1950's. Dan was a true gentleman who undoubtedly now sits next to his father Jesus Christ.
Dan was a loving father and husband to his wife Ann who was a geophysical scientist herself.
My Mentor, YOU will be forever missed, Sir. We love you, Ole’ Dan!
